Spectrum Level One An introductory program designed to help individuals in early career stage answer the perplexing questions… What career options suit my interests and background? What career might I be good at?
What career option is more likely to bring
me satisfaction? Your commitment: 2 – 3 hours Level Two A program designed to support individuals who have some work experience and now want to re-evaluate their options. Based on a more advanced level of psychometric assessment this program provides you with a report covering Level 1 assessment plus work type, and life developmental influences. This level is particularly suited to those persons who have spent 5 – 10 years in the work force and are now seeking a new career direction. Your commitment: 3 – 4 hours Level Three An advanced program for individuals facing a significant career decision, perhaps precipitated by redundancy or similar major life event. Based on a broad spectrum of psychometric assessment a full report is provided upon which individuals may make important career decisions and manage their career. This level can be extended to include CV writing, industry research skills, job search skills, networking techniques, and general life skills.
