	Career Spectrum A multi-level career development/career management program to suit all requirements. From first job seekers to executives, Career Spectrum has been structured so that, regardless of level of work experience, all may gain from participation in the program. All levels produce a report that you retain for future reference. The major levels include: Level One An introductory program designed to help individuals in early career stage answer the perplexing questions… What career options suit my interests and background? What career might I be good at? What career option is more likely to bring me satisfaction? Based on a basic level of psychometric assessment including personality, career drivers, and career anchors, and face-to-face discussions, the information provided will support individuals in answering those early career questions. This level is particularly suited to persons embarking on their first major career direction. Your commitment: 2 – 3 hours Level Two A program designed to support individuals who have some work experience and now want to re-evaluate their options. Based on a more advanced level of psychometric assessment this program provides you with a report covering Level 1 assessment plus work type, and life developmental influences. This level is particularly suited to those persons who have spent 5 – 10 years in the work force and are now seeking a new career direction. Your commitment: 3 – 4 hours Level Three An advanced program for individuals facing a significant career decision, perhaps precipitated by redundancy or similar major life event. Based on a broad spectrum of psychometric assessment a full report is provided upon which individuals may make important career decisions and manage their career. This level can be extended to include CV writing, industry research skills, job search skills, networking techniques, and general life skills. Also appropriate as an outplacement/transition program for organizational interventions.
